The UK Premiere of All the Wild Horses is at Bertha DocHouse on Thur 7th June, followed by a Q&A with director Ivo Marloh. To book tickets for the Q&A click here.
Physical endurance and cultural exchange go hand in hand in All The Wild Horses, which follows the Mongol Derby horse race in Mongolia; the longest horse race in the world. Set over 1000 kilometres, international riders face the challenge of 40k stretches of open land with nothing but GPS and the occasional cereal bar. Animal welfare is prioritised with strict penalties on failed vet checks at each pitstop, and participants face life-threatening risks, from overheating to wolf-attacks.
A visually cinematic adventure documentary, All The Wild Horses submerges viewers in the Mongolian wilderness and throws them into the thrills of an adrenaline-fueled endurance test.
Screening daily from Fri 8th June, check back for more times.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO ADVERTS PLAYED BEFORE FILMS IN THE BERTHA DOCHOUSE SCREEN. ALL FEATURES WILL START PROMPTLY FOLLOWING A SELECTION OF TRAILERS.
