SELF-SHOOTING WORKSHOP WITH JULIET BROWN

Tuesday 18th August, 2020

Visit the online hub at dochouse.org/online for more of our past Q&A sessions and other essential documentary resources.

Independent filmmaker and National Film & Television School tutor Juliet Brown leads our second workshop, getting to grips with self-shooting techniques and planning for the structure of your 6 - 10 minute film.

Juliet will cover the basic exercises in observational filmmaking, considering framing, moving shots and shooting for the edit, whether using a smart phone, a DSLR or any kind of hand-held camera.

After the workshop Juliet joined us for a Q&A session to answer your filmmaking questions.
