The screening on Wednesday the 7th of December was introduced by the film's Executive Producer Rosario Dawson, and followed by a Q&A with Director Jordan Stone, hosted by Clarke Peters.
Razor-sharp satirist, writer and civil rights activist Dick Gregory changed comedy in the US. Breaking through in the early 1960s, Gregory was the first black comedian to cross the colour line and perform in front of white audiences, and never stopped railing against racism and social inequality.
