How might women today respond to feminist concerns of the 1970s? Yours In Sisterhood brings some of the thousands of letters written to 'Ms.Magazine' to life, by inviting strangers from across the US to read them aloud and respond.

The letters are wide-ranging in their subjects, as women put pen to paper, writing long-hand about experiences that today we could share as #everydaysexism and #metoo, as well as discussing everything from intersectionality to gun rights, and religion to unsatisfactory personal pronouns.

As ideas resonate across the decades, the conversations that emerge with today’s readers are sometimes provocative, sometimes profound, and often deeply moving. A collective portrait of feminism now and forty years ago, Yours in Sisterhood speaks volumes about where we’ve come from and where we are today.
