Through the experiences of those who stood in defiance, it traces the quiet unraveling of our protest rights, as the UK’s sweeping new anti-protest laws are enacted. Shot and filmed by Liz Smith, The Line We Crossed challenges audiences to question what makes dissent effective and where the line of acceptability is.
Followed by a panel discussion with director Liz Smith and special guests, moderated by Kara Fox, senior reporter at CNN International.
