Before downloads and mp3s, when the LP reigned supreme and album artwork was everything, friends Storm Thorgerson and Aubrey 'Po' Powell set up their design studio, Hipgnosis.
Throughout the 1960s and for decades to come, they became the visionary, go-to team for musicians including Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, 10cc and Paul McCartney, creating iconic artwork for Dark Side of the Moon, Band on the Run and Houses of the Holy to name a few.
Celebrated photographer and filmmaker Anton Corbijn takes us on a tremendous ride through the story of Hipgnosis, revelling in a time of analogue creativity and artistic freedom. Featuring interviews with Robert Plant, Roger Waters, Jimmy Page, Paul McCartney, Peter Gabriel, David Gilmour and many more.
