Directors Roger Graef and James Rogan follow the Monty Pythons as they prepare for their first live performances in over 30 years, through rehearsals and up to the big day.

In 2013, the Monty Python gang announced they would be performing live again for the first time in 34 years. As preparations for the new show begin, directors Roger Graef and James Rogan follow the surviving Pythons in rehearsal, as they regroup and reconnect.

The filmmakers’ unique access allows them to capture candid interviews and fascinating insights as the legendary group begin to craft again their unique brand of comedy and performance – this time fully aware of the weight of expectations, with the first show at the O2 Arena selling out in 43.5 seconds!

Combining never before seen archive footage with new versions of old favourites, this is the Pythons as never seen before – an irresistible treat for their legions of fans.
