The film follows McQueen’s climb to success – remembering his graduation from Central Saint Martins, his relentless work ethic, and his controversial challenges to the norm.
Directors Ian Bonhôte and Peter Ettedgui also delicately explore the life of the artist, getting to grips with how his working class roots manifested in his glamour and confronting McQueen’s ongoing mental health problems.
