Kabul feels a long way away from the remote mountains of central Afghanistan where a Hazara family live.
But that is where the oldest daughter Zahra moved to attend university, and where she died by suicide, before the end of her first year.
Though the road is long, and the obstacles seem insurmountable, the family embark on a journey to understand what happened to Zahra, and try to hold Kabul University to account.
Beautifully shot and deeply evocative, this is a quietly emphatic depiction of persecution, loss and perseverance, in the shadow of increasing unrest on the eve of the Taliban takeover of Afghanistan.
