Björk: Biophilia Live is the film of the extraordinary closing performance of Björk’s multimedia Biophilia project, filled with stunning visuals that demand a big screen, immersive cinema experience.

Björk exceeds expectations and breaks boundaries with every new project. Far greater than just her eighth studio album, Biophilia was conceived from the outset as a multi-disciplinary, multimedia project incorporating interactive technology and live performance.

This doc captures the human element of the concert, recorded live at London’s Alexandra Palace in 2013 the film features Bjork and her band performing every song on ‘Biophilia’ and more using a broad variety of instruments. Co-directed by Peter Strickland (Berberian Sound Studio, The Duke of Burgundy, Katalin Varga) and BAFTA-winning editor Nick Fenton (The Selfish Giant, Submarine).
