Deep in a forest by the Baltic Sea, a group of Ukrainian children who had been abducted by the Russian army and rescued by their family members come together at an animal therapy retreat.
With the help of golden retrievers, palomino horses and the retreat’s skilled and sensitive counsellors, they are given the chance to start the healing process.
This tender, cinematic film follows the children and their families as they begin to process, surrounded by nature, care and support.
Followed by a panel discussion with director and producer Sarah McCarthy, protagonist Inna Sidoruk, Baroness Helena Kennedy, Ukrainian diplomat Inna Yehorova and executive producer Maria Logan. Moderated by Lord Jack McConnell.
