Under the guidance of their mothers and mentors, the ‘Lethal Ladies’ step team fight against the odds and use their dancing as a way to express themselves, unite their peers and keep chasing their dreams.

The Baltimore Leadership School for Young Women opened in 2009 with a mandate to send every student to college, despite the barriers that their home lives and community might present, and with the first class now in their senior year, the pressure is on to achieve their goal.
