Directed by the late, great and much celebrated Roger Michell (Notting Hill, The Duke) Elizabeth: A Portrait in Parts is a heady and energetic chronicle of the extraordinary 70-year reign of Queen Elizabeth II.
Michell's inventive and unexpected take on Her Royal Highness makes for highly entertaining viewing - a fond look at 70 years of public appearances, private moments, world tours and broadcast speeches, all intercut with some of the most memorable portrayals of Her Majesty the Queen.
The screening on Wednesday 25th May was followed by a Q&A with producer Kevin Loader and editor Joanna Crickmay, hosted by film critic Larushka Ivan-Zadeh.
PLEASE NOTE: THERE WILL BE NO ADVERTS PLAYED BEFORE FILMS IN THE BERTHA DOCHOUSE SCREEN. ALL FEATURES WILL START PROMPTLY FOLLOWING A SELECTION OF TRAILERS.
